I will inspect the roof, attic, visible insulation, foundation, visible structure, wall coverings, ceilings, floors and coverings, windows, doors, cabinetry and trim, HVAC, interior plumbing, electrical system and built in appliances.

Are you building your first home or dream home? I can inspect your home throughout the construction process, checking on all phases of construction from the footing to the final inspection. When a home is being built, the builder is seldom on site - and many subcontrators are used, each with their own specific job and time schedule. Mistakes can cost you! Let ME ease your worries, giving you an unbiased record of the construction progress of your home.

Before I leave, I will explain all of the areas that will be outlined in the report. Once I leave, I don't forget about you. If you or anyone else has any questions, I will gladly take the time to explain so that you completely understand. I will make sure you are happy - no question is too big or small.
Report Available On-Line
The home inspection report will be emailed to you. I can send a copy to your realtor, out of town relatives or anyone else you choose for free. If you are having your home inspected prior to selling it, a copy can sent to any potential buyer. This is a wonderful seller's marketing tool!
A signed Inspection Agreement must be on file BEFORE the home inspection can begin. A link to our Inspection Agreement is provided at the bottom of this page.
